[32]. Surah As-Sajdah [The Prostration]: Ayat 23

Ayat 23. And indeed Allah gave Mussa PBUH (Moses) the Scripture [the Taurat (Torah)]. So be not you (O Muhammadimage001.jpg [SAWW](PBUH) in doubt of meeting him [i.e. when you met Mussa (Moses) during the night of AlIsra and AlMiraj over the heavens]. And Allah made it [the Taurat (Torah)] a guide to the Children of Israel.
Tafseer of Surah Al Sajdah (The Prostration) Ayat 23. We did indeed aforetime give the Book to Moses: be not then in doubt of its reaching (thee): and Allah made it a guide to the Children of Israel. The Book is not here co-extensive with Revelation. Moses had, revealed to him, a Law, a Shari’ah, which was to guide his people in all the practical affairs of their life. Jesus, after him, was also inspired by Allah: but his Injeel or Gospel contained only general principles and not a Code or Shari’ah. The Prophet was the next one to have a Shari’ah or "Book" in that sense: for the Qur'an contains both a Code and general principles. This Surah is a Makkan Surah. The Code came later in Madinah. But he is given the assurance that he will also have a Code, to supersede the earlier Law, and complete the Revelation of Allah. Its reaching (thee): liqa'ihi Commentators differ as to the construction of the pronoun hi, which may be translated either "its" or "his". I construe it to refer to "the Book", as that gives the most natural meaning, as explained in the last note.
Hazrat Zaid bin Labidh (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah image001.jpg [S.A.W.W]((P.B.U.H) mention about very dangerous thing and said, "There will be time (in future) where knowledge of Deen (Islamic Teachings) will be vanished.'' Hazrat Zaid (May Allah be pleased with him) further asked, O' Messenger of Allah image001.jpg  [S.A.W.W]((P.B.U.H)  how come the knowledge of Deen (Islamic Teachings)will be vanished we are reciting Quran and also teaching our children (descendants) and they are teaching their children (descendants), in reply The Messenger of Allah image001.jpg [S.A.W.W]((P.B.U.H) said " O'Zaid I think of you as most intelligent person of Madinah, you do not notice the Jews and Christian are reciting (Scripture) the Taurat (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel) Holy Bible (the Holy Books), but do they follow the teaching in it ? ".  [Ibn Majah].

Lesson : as mentioned above in Surah As-Sajda Ayat 23 “indeed Allah gave Mussa PBUH (Moses) the Scripture [the Taurat (Torah)].” also mention in Surah Al-Ma'idah Ayat 66. And if only they had acted according to the Taurat (Torah), the Injeel (Gospel), and what has (now) been sent down to them from their Lord (the Qur'an), they would surely have gotten provision from above them and from underneath their feet. This Hadith serves a stern warning for those who do not follow the Divine injunctions and do not discharge their duty towards Allah. such follower of Islam who just recite Quran but do not intent to follow its message and teaching, It is regrettable indeed that present-day Muslims do not follow this theQuran and Sunnah of the Prophet image001.jpg [S.A.W.W](PBUH) and instead observe the baseless practices, also 'Ulama', preachers and reformers of the Ummah whose own conduct is contrary to the sermons they give from the pulpit. This Hadith confirms that all Prophets of Allah were men and thus refutes those who attribute divinity to them and exclude them from the category of men or regard them a part of Allah, as Christians believes Prophet Isa (PBUH) (Jesus to be Christ) by regarding him Allah or His son, or the Jews do Prophet `Uzair (PBUH) by venerating him as son of Allah.
