৪৪. আমি তাদেরকে কোন কিতাব দেইনি, যা তারা অধ্যয়ন করবে এবং আপনার পূর্বে তাদের কাছে কোন সতর্ককারী প্রেরণ করিনি।
Ayat 44. And Allah had not given them (Pagans of Makkah) Scriptures which they could study, nor sent to them before you (O Muhammad
[SAWW](PBUH) any warner (Messenger).
Tafseer of Surah Saba' (Sheba) Ayat. 44. But Allah had not given them Books which they could study, nor sent messengers to them before thee as Warners. The ancestors (as in the case of the Arabs of the Times of Ignorance) had received no revelation of the clear kind which a messenger and a Book bring them. This is a reason for welcoming, not for rejecting, new Truth.
Hazrat Uthman bin `Affan (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah 
[SAWW](PBUH) said, "The best amongst you is the one who learns the Qur'an and teaches it.'' [Al-Bukhari Book 06, Chapter 61, Hadith # 545].

[SAWW](PBUH) any warner (Messenger)" This Hadith tells us excellence of people who learn Quran and then spend their time teaching to others.
