[34].Surah Saba [Sheba]: Ayat 46

Ayat 46. Say (to them O Muhammadimage001.jpg [SAWW](PBUH).): "I exhort you on one (thing) only: that you stand up for Allah’s sake in pairs and singly, and reflect (within yourselves the life history of the Prophet image001.jpg [SAWW](PBUH).): there is no madness in your companion (Muhammadimage001.jpg[SAWW](PBUH), he is only a warner to you in face of a severe torment."

Tafseer of Surah Saba' (Sheba) Ayat. 46. Say: "I do admonish you on one point: that ye do stand up before Allah, - (It may be) in pairs, or (it may be) singly, - and reflect (within yourselves): your Companion is not possessed: he is no less than a warner to you, in face of a terrible Penalty." A crowd mentality is not the best for the perception of the final spiritual truths. For these, it is necessary that each soul should commune within itself with earnest sincerity as before Allah: if it requires a Teacher, let it seek out one, or it may be that it wants the strengthening of the inner convictions that dawn on it, by the support of a sympathizer or friend. But careful and heartfelt reflection is necessary to appraise the higher Truths. Note that in verses 46, 47, 48, 49 and 50, arguments are suggested to the Prophet, by which he can convince any right-thinking man of his sincerity and truth. Here the argument is that he is not possessed or out of his mind. If he is different from ordinary men, it is because he had to give a warning of a terrible spiritual danger to the men whom he loves but who will not understand his Message.

Hazrat Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allahimage001.jpg[SAWW](PBUH) said, He who has done a wrong affecting his brother's honor or anything else, let him ask his forgiveness today before the time (i.e., the Day of Resurrection) when he will have neither a dinar nor a dirham. If he has done some good deeds, a portion equal to his wrong doings will be subtracted from them; but if he has no good deeds, he will be burdened with the evil deeds of the one he had wronged in the same proportion". [Bukhari Book 08, Chapter 76, Hadith # 541].

Lesson: as mentioned above in Surah Saba Ayat 46. “reflect (within yourselves the life history of the Prophet image001.jpg [SAWW](PBUH).): there is no madness in your companion (Muhammadimage001.jpg[SAWW](PBUH), he is only a warner to you” This Hadith tells us that if one does not compensate a person who has been harmed by one and has not been pardoned for it, then it would have a serious consequence in the Hereafter. Its detail is mentioned in this Hadith. Thus, negligence in the case of public rights, which we take very lightly, is in fact ruinous.
