[28].Surah Al-Qasas [The Narration]: Ayat 74-75

Ayat 74. And (remember) the Day when He (your Lord Allah) will call them (those who worshipped others along with Allah), and will say: "Where are My (so-called) partners, whom you used to assert?"
Ayat 75. And We shall take out from every nation a witness, and We shall say: "Bring your proof." Then they shall know that the truth is with Allah (Alone), and the lies (false gods) which they invented will disappear from them.

Tafseer of Surah Al-Qasas (The Narration) Ayat 74 and 75. The Day that He will call on them, He will say: "Where are my ´partners´? whom ye imagined (to be such)?" Cf. 28:62 above. The reminiscence of the words closes and rounds off the argument of this Section. And from each people shall We draw a witness, and We shall say: Produce your Proof": then shall they know that the Truth is in Allah (alone), and the (lies) which they invented will leave them in the lurch. Cf. 4:41 . The Prophet from each People or Nation will bear testimony that he preached the true gospel of Unity, and the People who rejected him will be asked to show the Proof or authority on which they rejected him: Cf. 2:111. In that new world, Allah will be the only Truth or Reality, and all the fancies or lies, which had been invented in this world of reflected or relative truths mixed with illusions, will have vanished, and left those who relied on them in the lurch.

Hazrat Ibn Masud (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah image001.jpg [SAWW](PBUH) said to me: "Recite the Qur'an to me". I said, "O Messenger of Allah! Shall I recite the Qur'an to you, when it has been revealed to you?'' He image001.jpg [SAWW](PBUH) replied, "I love to hear it recited by others". So I recited to him a portion from Surat An-Nisa'. When I reached the Ayah: "How (will it be) then, when We bring from each nation a witness and We bring you (O Muhammad image001.jpg [SAWW](PBUH) as a witness against these people?". (4:41) He image001.jpg [SAWW](PBUH) said, "Enough for now". When I looked at him I saw his eyes were shedding tears. [Al-Bukhari Book 06, Chapter 60, Hadith # 106].

Lesson : as mentioned above in Surah Al-Qasas Ayat 75. “And We shall take out from every nation a witness”This Hadith tells us that besides the recitation of the Noble Qur'an, a Muslim should also listen to it from others so that he can contemplate further on it. It also makes one weep when one listens to the Noble Qur'an.
