[18].Surah Al-Kahf [The Cave]: Ayat 71-73

Ayat 71. So they both proceeded, till, when they embarked the ship, he (Khidr) scuttled it. Mûsa [PBUH](Moses) said: "Have you scuttled it in order to drown its people? Verily, you have committed a thing "Imra" (a Munkar - evil, bad, dreadful thing)."
Ayat 72. He (Khidr) said: "Did I not tell you, that you would not be able to have patience with me?"
Ayat 73. [Mûsa [PBUH](Moses)] said: "Call me not to account for what I forgot, and be not hard upon me for my affair (with you)."
[Tafseer] (So the twain set out) so both Khidr and Moses (PBUH) set out (till, when they were in the ship) to cross over, (he made a hole therein) Khidr made a hole in the ship. ((Moses)(PBUH) said) to him: (Hast thou made a hole therein to drown the folk thereof? Thou verily hast done a dreadful thing) towards the people of the ship. (He said) Khidr said to him: (Did I not tell thee) O Moses (thou couldst not bear with me?)  ((Moses)(PBUH) said: Be not wroth with me that I forgot) your advice, (and be not hard upon me for my fault) do not tax me severely for my fault.

Hazrat Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah [SAWW](PBUH) was asked: "Which deed is the best?'' He [SAWW](PBUH) replied, "Faith in Allah and His Messenger.'' Then he was asked: "What is next?'' He replied, "Jihad (holy fighting) in the Cause of Allah.'' Then he was asked, "What is after that?'' Messenger of Allah [SAWW](PBUH) replied, "Hajj Mabrur (an accepted pilgrimage).''
[Al-Bukhari Book 01, Chapter 02, Hadith # 025].
Lesson : This Hadith points out the fact that Hajj is one of the most prominent religious acts, provided it is done sincerely and keeping oneself away from sins. Some people have interpreted the word "Hajj Mabrur'' as an accepted Hajj. They say that the sign of an accepted Hajj is that one becomes a true worshipper of Allah, which he was previously not.
