৮১. যিনি নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডল সৃষ্টি করেছেন, তিনিই কি তাদের অনুরূপ সৃষ্টি করতে সক্ষম নন? হ্যাঁ, তিনি মহাস্রষ্টা, সর্বজ্ঞ।
৮২. তিনি যখন কোন কিছু করতে ইচ্ছা করেন, তখন তাকে কেবল বলে দেন, ‘হও’ তখনই তা হয়ে যায়।
Ayat 81. Is not He, Who created the heavens and the earth Able to create the like of them? Yes, indeed! He is the All-Knowing Supreme Creator.
Ayat 82. Verily, His Command, when He intends a thing, is only that He says to it, "Be!" and it is!
Tafseer of Surah Yaseen, Ayat 81 and 82, "Is not He Who created the heavens and the earth able to create the like thereof?" - Yea, indeed! for He is the Creator Supreme, of skill and knowledge (infinite)! Cf. 79:27. Which is the more difficult to create-man, or the heavens and the earth, with all creatures? Allah created the heavens and the earth, with all creatures, and He can create worlds and worlds like these in infinity. To him it is small matter to raise you up for the Hereafter! Ayat 82. Verily, when He intends a thing, His Command is, "be", and it is! And His creation is not dependent on time, on instruments or means, or any conditions whatsoever. Existence waits on His Will, or Plan, or Intention. The moment He wills a thing, it becomes His Word or Command, and the thing forthwith comes into existence. Cf. 2:177; 16:40.
Hazrat Anas (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah 
[SAWW](PBUH) said, "When one of you supplicates, let him be decisive and he should not say: `O Allah, bestow upon me such and such if You wish', because no one has the power to compel Him.'' [Al-Bukhari Book 08, Chapter 75, Hadith # 350].
Lesson: as mentioned above in Surah Yaseen Ayat 82. Verily, His Command, when He intends a thing, is only that He says to it, "Be!" and it is!” One should pray to Allah will full confidence that He will answer his prayers. One should also persist in praying and never give in to despair.
