[40].Surah Al Mumin (The Believer) also known as Surah Ghafir [The Forgiver]: Ayat 013

Ayat 13. It is He, Who shows you His Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) and sends down (rain with which grows) provision for you from the sky. And none remembers but those who turn (to Allah) in obedience and in repentance (by begging His Pardon and by worshipping and obeying Him Alone and none else).

Tafseer of Surah Al Mumin (The Believer) Ayat 13. He it is Who show you his Signs, and send down sustenance for you from the sky: but only those receive admonition who turn (to Allah. Lest it should be thought that Allah's Grace did not meet the Sinner again and again and offer Allah's Mercy again and again, it is pointed out that Allah's Signs were freely vouchsafed everywhere and continuously, and that every kind of means was provided for man's "Sustenance" or growth and development, physical, mental, and spiritual. But only those could take advantage of it who turned their attention to Allah, who submitted their will to Him.
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (May Allah be pleased with them) said: The Messenger of Allah [SAWW](PBUH) said, "If anyone constantly seeks pardon (from Allah), Allah will appoint for him a way out of every distress and a relief from every anxiety, and will provide sustenance for him from where he expects not.'' [Abu Dawud Hadith # 1518].

Lesson: as mentioned above in Surah Al-Mumin Ayat 13. “And none remembers but those who turn (to Allah) in obedience and in repentance” By seeking forgiveness, a relationship with Allah is established between man and his Creator. So seeking forgiveness is a very good act. Allah likes those people who, after committing a sin, do not stick to it, but right away seek forgiveness for their sins from Allah. They weep and express sorrow before Allah.
