[22].Surah Al-Hajj [The Pilgrimage]: Ayat 3-4

Ayat 3. And among mankind is he who disputes concerning Allah, without knowledge, and follows every rebellious (disobedient to Allah) Shaitan (devil) (devoid of each and every kind of good).
Ayat 4. For him (the devil) it is decreed that whosoever follows him, he will mislead him, and will drive him to the torment of the Fire.
[Tafseer] And yet among men there are such as dispute about Allah, without knowledge, and follow every evil one obstinate in rebellion! 4. About the (Evil One) it is decreed that whoever turns to him for friendship, him will he lead astray, and he will guide him to the Penalty of the Fire. Even after the warnings, there are men who are such fools as to turn away from Allah who created them and cherishes them with His love and care; they become outlaws in His Kingdom, making friends with Evil, which is a rebel in Allah's Kingdom.

Hazrat Abu Bakrah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah [SAWW](PBUH) said, "Shall I not inform you of one of the gravest of the cardinal sins?'' We said: "Yes, O Messenger of Allah!'' He  [SAWW](PBUH) said, "To join others as partners with Allah in worship and to be undutiful to one's parents.'' The Messenger of Allah [SAWW](PBUH) sat up from his reclining position (in order to stress the importance of what he was going to say) and added, "I warn you making a false statement and giving a false testimony. I warn you against making a false statement and giving a false testimony.'' The Messenger of Allah [SAWW](PBUH) kept on repeating this (warning) till we wished he should stop.
[Al-Bukhari Book 08, Chapter 74, Hadith # 290 & 291]
Lesson : as mentioned above in Surah Al-Hajj Ayat 3."And among mankind is he who disputes concerning Allah, without knowledge,The contents of this Hadith make the gravity of making a false statement abundantly clear, hiding truth and blocking way to justice for needy by delivering false statement or not reveling the truth were needed to save innocent. How unfortunate indeed it is that, like other major sins, the evil of giving false testimony is very common among the present-day Muslims. May Allah prevent us from it..
