[15].Surah Al-Hjir [The Rocky Tract]: Ayat 19-20

Ayat 19. And the earth We spread out, and placed therein firm mountains, and caused to grow therein all kinds of things in due proportion.
Ayat 20. And We have provided therein means of living, for you and for those whom you provide not [moving (living) creatures, cattle, beasts, and other animals].

Hazrat Abu Umamah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: Whenever the Messenger of Allah  [SAWW](PBUH) finished a meal, he would say: "Al-hamdu lillahi kathiran taiyiban mubarakan fihi, ghaira makfiyyin wa la muwadda`in, wa la mustaghnan `anhu, Rabbuna. (All praise is due to Allah, praise which is abundant, pure, and full of blessings, which is indispensable and to which one cannot be indifferent).'' [Al-Bukhari Vol.7, Chapter 65, Hadith # 368].

Lesson : as mentioned above in Surah Al-Hjir Ayat 20. "We have provided therein means of living" This Hadith mentions a supplication which Messenger of Allah  [SAWW](PBUH) used to recite after taking meal. The economy of words was the essence of the Prophet's  [SAWW](PBUH) eloquence as displayed here. To supplicate this Prophetic prayer after taking a meal is recommendable.
