৩৪. কাফেররা বলেই থাকে,
৩৫. প্রথম মৃত্যুর মাধ্যমেই আমাদের সবকিছুর অবসান হবে এবং আমরা পুনরুত্থিত
হব না।
৩৬. তোমরা যদি সত্যবাদী হও,
তবে আমাদের পূর্বপুরুষদেরকে নিয়ে এস।
Ayat 35. "There is nothing (no life or day of resurrection) but our first death, and we shall not be resurrected.
Tafseer of Surah Ad-Dukhan Ayat 34. As to these (Quraish), they say forsooth: The cases of the Egyptians and the Israelites having been cited as great nations which fell through inordinate vanity and wrongdoing, the case is now pressed home against the Quraysh leaders in their arrogance to the Prophet himself. They deny Revelation; they deny a future life, as the Sadducees did among the Jews before them; they persecute the Prophet of Allah, and those who believe in him: and they mockingly demand that their ancestors should be brought back to life, if it is true that there is a future life. They are reminded that better men than they lived in their own country of Arabia, men who had knowledge of Allah's revelation under the earliest Dispensation. See next note. They perished because of their unbelief and wrongdoing. What chance have they unless they turn and repent? Ayat 35. "They strongly believe that there is nothing beyond our first death, and they shall not be raised again. Ayat 36. And if that is the case "Then bring (back) our forefathers, if what ye say is true!"
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah
[SAWW](PBUH)
said, "Between the two Blowing of the Trumpet there will be an
interval of forty.'' The people said, "O Abu Hurairah! Do you mean forty
days?'' He said, "I cannot say anything.'' They said, "Do you mean
forty years?'' He said, "I cannot say anything.'' They said, "Do you
mean forty months?'' He said, "I cannot say anything. The Prophet 
[SAWW](PBUH)
added: Everything of the human body will perish except the last coccyx
bone (end part of the spinal cord), and from that bone Allah will
reconstruct the whole body. Then Allah will send down water from the sky
and people will grow like green vegetables'.'' [Al-Bukhari Volume 6, Book 60, Number 457].
Lesson: as mentioned above in Surah Ad-Dukhan Ayat 36. "Then bring back our fore-fathers, if you speak the truth!" 1.
When Israfil blows the Trumpet the first time, by Allah's Leave, all
those who are in the heavens and on earth will swoon away, except him
whom Allah will. This will be the first Blowing. Then, it will be blown a
second time, they will become alive and will emerge from their graves.
These Blowing are known as the `Blowing of Fainting and
Rising'. As regard the interval between these two Blowing, the narrator
of the narration, Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him), could
not say anything when he was asked about it; as he himself did not know
it. But in other narrations the interval has been mentioned as forty
years.

The earth eats away the whole body of humans except the bodies of the
Prophets. However, only the end part of the spinal cord remains intact.
How it remains intact is known to Allah, but from it mankind will be
created again.
3. Bodies will rise from the earth as vegetation springs out from the earth after the rainfall.
