[20].Surah Taha [Tâ-Hâ]: Ayat 7-8

Ayat 7. And if you speak (the invocation) aloud, then verily, He knows the secret and that which is yet more hidden.
Ayat 8. Allah! Lâ ilâhla illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He)! To Him belong the Best Names.
[Tafseer] If thou pronounce the word aloud, (it is no matter): for verily He know what is secret and what is yet more hidden. There are two implications. (1) Whatever you profess, or say aloud, gives no information to Allah: He knows not only what is secret and perhaps unknown to others, but what people take special care to conceal. (2) It docs you no good to make insincere professions: your hidden motives are known to Him, Who alone matters. (3) If you read the Word of Allah, or if you pray to Allah, it is not necessary to raise your voice: in either case, Allah will judge you by your inner thoughts which are like an open book to Him. Allah. there is no god but He! To Him belong the most Beautiful Names. Allah is all-in-all, and the most beautiful things we can think of arc referable to Him. His names refer to His attributes which arc like titles of Honour and Glory.

Hazrat Abu Musa Al-Ashari (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: We accompanied the Messenger of Allah [SAWW](PBUH) in a journey, and when we climbed up a height, we proclaimed aloud: "La ilaha illallah (There is no true god except Allah)'' and "Allahu Akbar (Allah is Greatest).'' The Messenger of Allah [SAWW](PBUH) admonished us saying, "O people, take it easy. He Whom you are calling is not deaf or absent. He is with you (i.e., by His Knowledge), He is Hearing and He is Near.''
[Al-Bukhari Book 35, Chapter 13, Hadith # 6528]
Lesson : as mentioned above in Surah Taha Ayat ."And if you speak (the invocation) aloud, then verily, He knows" This Hadith tells us that in the pronouncement of the fundamental testification of Islam: "La ilaha illallah (there is no true god except Allah)'' (Tahlil) - and His Magnification: "Allahu Akbar (Allah is Greatest)'' (Takbir) - the voices of the Companions became a bit louder during a journey. The Prophet [SAWW](PBUH) disapproved of it and commanded them not to put themselves to hardship by remembering Allah in a loud voice, and directed to do that calmly in a dignified, low voice.

[20].Surah Taha [Tâ-Hâ]:Ayat 5-6

Ayat 5. The Most Beneficent (Allah) Istawâ (rose over) the (Mighty) Throne (in a manner that suits His Majesty).
Ayat 6. To Him belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is on the earth, and all that is between them, and all that is under the soil.
[Tafseer] ((Allah)) Most Gracious is firmly established on the throne (of authority). If things seem to be wrong in our imperfect vision on this earth, we must remember that Allah, Who encompasses all Creation and sits on the throne of Grace and Mercy, is in command, and our Faith tells us that all must be right. Allah's authority is not like an authority on earth, which may be questioned, or which may not last. His authority is "firmly established". To Him belongs what is in the heavens and on earth, and all between them, and all beneath the soil. An exhaustive definition of everything we can conceive of—what is in the heavens, on the earth. or between, or within the bowls of the earth.

Hazrat Ibn `Abbas (May Allah be pleased with them) said: The Messenger of Allah [SAWW](PBUH) used to say when he was in distress: "La ilaha illallahul-Azimul-Halim. La ilaha illallahu Rabbul-`Arshil-`Azim. La ilaha illallahu Rabbus-samawati, wa Rabbul-ardi, wa Rabbul-`Arshil-Karim. (None has the right to be worshipped but Allah the Incomparably Great, the Compassionate. None has the right to be worshipped but Allah the Rubb of the Mighty Throne. None has the right to be worshipped but Allah the Rubb of the heavens, the Rubb of the earth, and the Rubb of the Honourable Throne).''
[Al-Bukhari Book 08, Chapter 75, Hadith # 357]
Lesson : as mentioned above in Surah Taha Ayat 05."The Most Beneficent (Allah) Istawâ (rose over) the (Mighty) Throne (in a manner that suits His Majesty)" The only medicine in a time of distress is the remembrance of Allah Whose Help alone should be sought. This Dua contains words which glorify Allah and exalt Him far above all else. It is desirable to recite these words when one is in distress as this is exactly what the Prophet (PBUH) used to recite in such situations.

[20].Surah Taha [Tâ-Hâ]: Ayat 1-4

Ayat 1. Tâ-Hâ. [These letters are one of the miracles of the Qur'an, and none but Allah (Alone) knows their meanings.]
Ayat 2. We have not sent down the Qur'an unto you (O Muhammad [SAWW](PBUH) to cause you distress,
Ayat 3. But only as a Reminder to those who fear (Allah).
Ayat 4. A revelation from Him (Allah) Who has created the earth and high heavens.
[Tafseer] And of the surah in which Ta‐Ha is mentioned, which is all Meccan and consists of 135 verses,
We have not sent down the Quran to thee to be (an occasion) for thy distress, Allah's revelation may cause some human trouble for two reasons: (1) it checks man's selfishness and narrowness of view, and (2) it annoys the wicked and causes them to jeer and persecute. These are mere incidental things, due to man's own shortcomings. As far as the trouble is concerned, the revelation is meant to give a warning, so that persecutors may be reclaimed, (and of course for men of faith it is comfort and consolation, though that point does not arise in this context). But only as an admonition to those who fear ((Allah)), A revelation from Him Who created the earth and the heavens on high.
Hazrat Saad bin Abu Waqqas (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: We left Makkah with the Messenger of Allah [SAWW](PBUH) for Al-Madinah, and when we were near Azwara,' he [SAWW](PBUH) alighted (from his riding-camel) raised his hands in supplication to Allah for a while and prostrated himself. He remained for a long time in prostration. Then he stood up and raised his hands for a while, after which he prostrated himself (again), and remained for a long time in prostration. Then he stood up and raised his hands for a while, after which he prostrated himself for the third time. Then he [SAWW](PBUH) said, "I supplicated my Rubb and made intercession for my Ummah, and He granted me one-third of them. So I again prostrated myself in gratitude to my Rubb. Then I raised my head and supplicated my Rubb for my Ummah, and He granted me another third of them. Again I raised my head and supplicated my Rubb for my Ummah and He granted me the last third of them. So I fell into prostration out of gratitude before my Rubb.''
[Abu Dawud, Hadith # 2775]
Lesson : as mentioned above in Surah Taha Ayat 02."We have not sent down the Qur'an unto you (O Muhammad [SAWW](PBUH) to cause you distress," The phrase "I supplicated my Rubb and made intercession for my Ummah'' means that the Prophet (PBUH) prayed to Allah to pardon his Ummah and to admit them to Jannah. The interpretation of this Hadith is stated to be that ultimately all the Muslims will be sent to Jannah. They will not abide in Hell for ever. Some of them will go to Jannah after suffering the punishment for their major sins, some through the intercession of the Prophet (PBUH), and some by the Special Grace of Allah. This interpretation is no doubt true. This is confirmed by other Ahadith and forms the belief of the followers of Sunnah of the Prophet (PBUH).

[19].Surah Maryam [Mary]: Ayat 97-98

Ayat 97. So We have made this (the Qur'an) easy in your own tongue (O Muhammad  [SAWW](PBUH), only that you may give glad tidings to the Muttaqun (pious and righteous persons), and warn with it the Ludda (most quarrelsome) people.
[Tafseer] So have We made the (Quran) easy in your own tongue, that with it thou majesty give Glad Tidings to the righteous, and warnings to people given to contention. But how many (countless) generations before them have We destroyed? Canst thou find a single one of them (now) or hear (so much as) a whisper of them? from which this sentence is brought up as a reminiscence, showing the progress of sin, the Guidance which Allah gives to the good, the degradation of blasphemy, the respite granted, and the final End, when personal responsibility will be enforced.
Hazrat Ibn Masud (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah [SAWW](PBUH) said, "Whoever recites a letter from the Book of Allah, he will be credited with a good deed, and a good deed gets a ten-fold reward. I do not say that Alif-Lam-Mim is one letter, but Alif is a letter, Lam is a letter and Mim is a letter.''
[At-Tirmidhi, Hadith # 2910]
Lesson : as mentioned above in Surah Maryam Ayat 97."We have made this (the Qur'an) easy". This Hadith urges us to recite the Qur'an and also mentions the great reward for reciting it.

[19].Surah Maryam [Mary]: Ayat 94-96

Ayat 94. Verily, He knows each one of them, and has counted them a full counting.
Ayat 95. And everyone of them will come to Him alone on the Day of Resurrection (without any helper, or protector or defender).
Ayat 96. Verily, those who believe [in the Oneness of Allah and in His Messenger (Muhammad  [SAWW](PBUH)] and work deeds of righteousness, the Most Beneficent (Allah) will bestow love for them (in the hearts of the believers).
[Tafseer] He does take an account of them (all), and hath numbered them (all) exactly. Allah has no sons or favourites or parasites, such as we associate with human beings. On the other hand every creature of His gets His love, and His cherishing care. Every one of them, however humble, is individually marked before His Throne of Justice and Mercy, and will stand before Him on his own deserts. And everyone of them will come to Him singly on the Day of Judgment. On those who believe and work deeds of righteousness, will (Allah) Most Gracious bestow love. His own love, and the love for man's fellow creatures, in the world and in the Hereafter. Goodness breeds love and peace, and sin breeds hatred and contention.
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah [SAWW](PBUH) said, "Allah, the Exalted, has said: `I will declare war against him who treats with hostility a pious worshipper of Mine. And the most beloved thing with which My slave comes nearer to Me, is what I have enjoined upon him; and My slave keeps on coming closer to Me through performing Nawafil (voluntary prayers or doing extra deeds besides what is obligatory) until I love him, (so much so that) I become his hearing with which he hears, and his sight with which he sees, and his hand with which he strikes, and his leg with which he walks; and if he asks Me something, I will surely give him, and if he seeks My Protection (refuge), I will surely protect him".
[Al-Bukhari Book 08,Chapter 76, Hadith # 509]
Lesson : as mentioned above in Surah Maryam Ayat 96."the Most Beneficent (Allah) will bestow love for them (in the hearts of the believers)" This Hadith tell us the status and distinctive signs of the favoured men of Allah ('Auliya' Allah) The Noble Qur'an has defined them as: "Those who believed (in the Oneness of Allah) and used to fear Allah much (by abstaining from evil deeds and sins and by doing righteous deeds)". (10:63). According to this definition, every believer who really fears Allah is a favoured of Allah. It means that except for Faith and piety, favoured of Allah are neither people of the special kind nor have they any special distinctive signs, as is generally thought by some people. In this respect, the ignorance of the general public is shocking because they regard even such persons as favoured of Allah who not only neglect the religious obligations and the practice of the Prophet [SAWW](PBUH), but also woefully lack cleanliness. Sometimes they call even mad or half-mad persons as favourites of Allah, whereas a Wali in the true sense is one who is meticulous about observing the obligations and is fearful of Allah. Firstly, the love of those whom Allah loves entail the love of Allah, and hating them entails the hatred of Allah.Secondly, when a true Muslim acquires nearness and love of Allah by means of performing religious obligations, supererogatory and voluntary prayers, Allah then becomes his special helper and protects his limbs and organs and does not let them work for His disobedience.
