Ayat 76. And Allah increases in guidance those who
walk aright [true believers in the Oneness of Allah who fear Allah much (abstain
from all kinds of sins and evil deeds which He has forbidden), and love Allah
much (perform all kinds of good deeds which He has ordained)]. And the righteous
good deeds that last, are better with your Lord, for reward and better for
resort.
[Tafseer]
These lines are the same as in
18:46 (second clause), except that the word maradda (eventual returns) is here
subsituted for amal (hope). The meaning is practically the same: but "hope" is
more appropriate in the passage dealing with this world's goods, and "eventual
returns" in the passage dealing with sinner's specific investments and
commitments in worldly position and organised
cliques.
Hazrat Muawiyah (May
Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah
[SAWW](PBUH) said, "When Allah wishes good for someone, He bestows upon him the
understanding of Deen.''
[Al-Bukhari Book 01,Chapter 03, Hadith #
071]
Lesson : as
mentioned above in Surah Maryam Ayat 76."Allah increases in
guidance those who walk aright" Knowledge and understanding of Deen (religion) here stands for the
understanding of the Qur'an and Hadith, religious injunctions, and knowledge of
the lawful and the unlawful. This Hadith highlights the excellence of knowledge
and the fact that it is a sign of Allah's Help to the person who possesses it
and acts upon
it.
