১০. তোমাদের প্রতি আল্লাহর অনুগ্রহ ও দয়া না থাকিলে তোমাদের কেহই অব্যাহতি পাইতে না; এবং আল্লাহ তওবা গ্রহনকারী ও প্রজ্ঞাময়।
Ayat 10. And had it not been for the
Grace of Allah and His Mercy on you (He would have hastened the punishment upon
you)! And that Allah is the One Who accepts repentance, the
All-Wise.

10.
If
it were not for Allah.s grace and mercy on you, and that Allah is Oft-
Returning, full of Wisdom,- (Ye would be ruined indeed) which
illustrates the matter by a concrete
instance.
Hazrat Abu
Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah 
[SAWW](PBUH) said, "He who repents before the
sun rises from the west, Allah will forgive him".

Lesson : as
mentioned above in Surah An-Nur Ayat 10."Allah is the One Who
accepts repentance" Taubah means returning to Allah from
sins. When a person commits a sin, he goes away from Allah. When he repents, he
returns to Allah and desires for being pardoned by Him, and getting near Him.
This returning towards Him is Taubah. When it is said that `Allah turns towards
him', it means that Allah accepts his repentance.
